To find out all about Students Supporting Student Learning SSSL, watch this introductory video created and spoken by Gill Best and Briony Supple:
SSSL programs are facilitated by VU students who have been selected to help you. Look out for them. You might find them in units you are studying, in the Library/Learning Commons, in the Writing Space at Footscray Park, on SNAP VU as Bloggers, and Forum Posters. These people are friendly, fun, and understand exactly where you are coming from. They know what you know and know what you need to know to get through uni. It's no wonder people who get involved in Students Supporting Student Learning have higher pass rates, more friends, and important support networks for their studies and future careers. So add learning from other students to your list of how you can learn and get involved!
Find out if there's an SSSL program connected to a unit you are studying by clicking here. Watch the videos below to see why it's good to get involved with learning with other students. The first is about mentoring attached to a unit of study, the second about student rovers and the third about student bloggers and vutube casters.
